After a very successful tenure at Prudential Douglas Elliman Avi went to spent another year at Marcus and Millichap, the leading firm in Manhattan & the USA for advisory & sales of midsize commercial properties ($3-30M) in the Manhattan branch focusing on mixed use asset type before he decided to pursue entrepreneurship.

Avi have served as a board member for several years at 505 west 47th street – a 107 unit newly constructed condo in midtown west where he was overseeing duties such as Enforce the bylaws and other governance documents, making decisions regarding litigation, hire and monitor building management, establish sound fiscal policies, respond to owner concerns & various other tasks.

Throughout his vast experience Avi has acquired extensive knowledge about real estate law, management, leasing, sales, new development planning and marketing & complexed asset valuation.
